MDE Software Fees
These MDE fees are for private sector companies and healthcare facilities. All public sector departments and agencies (such as the Department of Veterans Affairs, Department of Defense, and Indian Health Service) are to use the public sector MDE prices, which are available through an email inquiry to info@srs-inc.com.
Each MDE license is a site license with an unlimited number of users at the site. Each MDE license requires the annual purchase of the Client Service Plan (CSP). The MDE license fee is based on the facility's number of licensed beds and number of annual outpatient visits, as shown below. The annual CSP fee is 18% of the MDE license fee.
